Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Valevox Limited's services, specifically the purchase and use of an eSIM data plan ("Plan") on your personal device ("Device"). Valevox Limited is registered in the Isle of Man (Company No. 138292C) with its office at Merion Park, Old Castletown Road, Braddan, Isle of Man, IM4 1BB.
Purchasing and Activating an eSIM Plan
- To buy a Plan, you must provide your email address, physical address, payment method and accept these terms. A login link will be sent to your email every time you sign in.
- The Plan enables you to use a single global eSIM, pre-paid via the website.
- You will set up a payment method during purchase. An internet connection is required to download and activate the eSIM.
- Your device must be unlocked and support eSIM technology.
Duration and Termination
This Agreement starts when you purchase the selected Plan.
- You can remove the eSIM from your Device at any time. This will prevent your device from accessing the internet via the eSIM.
- The Agreement ends if:
- You cancel the Plan.
- You breach these terms or applicable laws.
Data Use, Plan Changes, and Cancellations
- To switch Plans, contact customer support. Additional charges may be applied.
- You can cancel anytime via your account or customer support. No refunds for unused data.
- You cannot pause or reactivate a cancelled Plan.
- If you run out of data, you can recharge the eSIM or purchase a new Global eSIM from the website.
Plan Updates
- We may change plan terms. If changes affect your rights, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
- Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Cancellation Rights
- You can cancel within 7 days of purchase with no penalty.
- Manage subscriptions via the website.
Warranty
- Your statutory consumer rights apply.
- We offer no additional warranties unless required by law.
- We may stop offering any service or product at our discretion.
Service Availability
- We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Service depends on third-party network providers.
- The eSIM is configured to operate in all the listed countries and the device must be set to Roaming.
- Outages may occur due to maintenance, lack of coverage, or external factors.
- If you run out of data, you can recharge the eSIM via the website or purchase a new Global eSIM.
User Responsibilities
- Use the service legally and as outlined in this Agreement.
- Do not misuse the eSIM or our data.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service.
- Promotions must not be exploited.
- We may suspend service for violations, fraud, or misuse.
Payment Terms
- Pay on our website via authorized agents.
- Prices may include applicable sales or value-added taxes.
- Payments are automatic based on your selected method.
Withdrawal Rights
- Consumers can cancel within 14 days unless the eSIM is used. Partial refunds may apply.
- Notify us clearly if you wish to withdraw.
Refunds and Returns
Contact us if the service does not meet expectations.
Full refunds apply if:
- Purchased directly from Valevox.
- Not activated.
- Requested within 6 months.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The eSIM was partially used.
- Service disruptions occurred.
- Device incompatibility is proven and criteria above are met.
Intellectual Property
- All content and trademarks are owned by Valevox or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data per our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
- You must provide accurate and lawful personal information.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any losses due to your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to £100. This does not affect liabilities we cannot legally exclude.
Governing Law
Isle of Man law governs this Agreement. Manx courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Local laws may also apply based on your location.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms. Changes will be posted and communicated in advance.
- Continued use means acceptance.
General Terms
- Valevox may transfer its rights without your consent.
- If a term becomes invalid, the rest remain valid.
- Delays or partial enforcement of rights do not mean we waive them.
- English is the official language of this Agreement.
